Position Summary:

The summer student will be responsible for assisting and supporting the implementation of the new contract management software system, Concord.

This role involves working directly with the Vice President of Legal Affairs and ESG.

Main Duties:

Upload legal agreements into Concord
Input relevant information into the system, including the legal name of the other contracting party, contract term, notice provisions, expiration and notice dates and appropriate contact people for each contract
Assist with locating and scanning hardcopy legal agreements
Work directly with the Vice President of Legal Affairs and ESG to create template agreements
Prepare confidentiality agreements
