This is a 13-month contract position with full benefits and possibility to become permanent.

What will you do?

Develop a strong understanding of business partner challenges, objectives, and other operational aspects of the business using applicable facilitation and analysis approaches, the assessment of alternative solutions and the balancing of risk the business area is willing to accept
Lead requirements gathering sessions, create Epics & User Stories based on requirements gathered
Propose solutions to business executives, product owners and collaborate with technical architects on solution design
Demonstrate solutions and build progress to business executives, product owners and other stakeholders during sprint reviews
Perform declarative configurations, lead clients through user acceptance testing and iterate based on feedback

What do you need to succeed?

Expert level functional understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Ability to build prototypes and live mockups to aid with solutions definition and design experience defining salesforce solutions
Experience working with agile scrum methodology and with UX design professionals
Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce reporting and analytics capabilities
Active Salesforce Admin certification
Strong understanding of Salesforce adoption best practices and how to measure adoption

Good to Have:

Financial Services Cloud and Community Cloud functional understanding
CBAP certification (or working towards)
Exposure to DevOps tools (such as Bitbucket and SourceTree) to merge and resolve configuration conflicts in a collaborative project team is a plus

Customer and outcome focused; ability to work with customers to understand and act based on their needs, assess risks, and achieve a valued result
Excellent organization, communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, influencing, relationship management and process driving skills
Proven leadership skills: ability to tactfully bring opinions, comments, and thoughts forward
Great relationship management with internal clients and with peer groups by creating an open and trusting environment
Facilitate the discovery of alternatives and drives decisionmaking to closure and action
Ability to guide a group, recognize issues that need to be dealt with, and ensure everyone is heard

Occasionally required to travel to other Sun Life locations (Waterloo/Montreal)
Bilingualism (French, English) required in Quebec
