As an Human Resources Intern at Dulcedo, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR team in various functions related to employee onboarding, record maintenance, compliance, and HR project initiatives.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment while contributing to the success of our organization.

In addition, the HR intern will be responsible for the execution of their own project that aligns with the current needs of the organization.


What the responsibilities of an intern may include:

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in HR projects focused on areas such as employee engagement, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and other HR initiatives.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations by staying informed about relevant legislation and supporting compliance efforts.
  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
  • Prior HR experience or relevant internships are not required, however experience in project management is a huge asset.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
