Are you a high-energy "people person" who loves puzzles and providing top-tier entertainment? KeyMasters Escape Rooms is looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals to join our team This is a long-term position (not seasonal) in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

The Role

As a Game Master, you are the director of the show. You'll welcome guests, set the stage for their adventure, and ensure they have a safe, thrilling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Experience: Welcoming guests, answering phones, and managing bookings with a positive attitude.
• The Mission: Monitoring live games to provide hints and ensure player safety.
• The Reset: Resetting rooms to their original state with perfect accuracy (requires memorization and attention to detail).
• The "Behind the Scenes": Keeping our facility "guest-ready" at all times. This includes general cleaning tasks, organizing the lobby, and regularly cleaning/restocking washrooms.
• Maintenance: Performing minor room repairs and physical labor as needed to keep the puzzles functioning.

Schedule & Availability

We operate largely by appointment, which means your shifts are dynamic

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: All candidates must be fully available for the duration of March Break (March 16th – 22nd) between 10:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

• Ongoing Hours: Primarily weekends and evenings. Because we are appointment-based, shift end-times may vary based on bookings.
• Holiday Work: Availability for Statutory Holidays is required.

Requirements

• Age: Must be 18+ (Required for solo opening/closing duties).
• Independence: Highly reliable and comfortable closing the facility alone at night.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation is a must.
• Skills: Exceptional multitasking, basic computer literacy, and the stamina for physical tasks (cleaning and resetting).

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
