Photoshop Assistant Needed for Real Estate Photo Quality Control

Job description
Hi, I´m Julian I own a Real Estate Media business in Germany.I am looking for a detail-oriented Photoshop assistant for the final quality control step of our real estate photos.
Important:
This is NOT a creative editing role. You will not blend RAW files or change colors/exposure. Your task is to follow a strict Standard Operating Procedure and prepare images for final delivery.
Your Responsibilities:
- Straighten vertical and horizontal lines
- Remove small distractions and personal items
- Remove reflections, house numbers, and minor objects
- Blur license plates and personal photos (specific settings provided)
- Follow our SOP precisely
- Norma
- Work and delivery within a fixed time window between 7pm and 7am (CET Berlin time)
Requirements:
- Stable internet connection
- Basic to intermediate Photoshop skills
- The latest version of Photoshop
- Include the cost of any AI credits in your hourly rate
- Experience with real estate images is a plus but not a must
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured instructions without improvising
- Reliable availability in a fixed time window (German evening/night hours)
Workload:
Some days are busy, some are light.
Summer months are the busiest.
Expected performance:
50–60 images checked per paid hour.
We start with a paid test job.
