Product Owner:

- _Location: Montreal, Quebec._

- _Working format: hybrid with office work 1 day per month._

- _Languages: English+French._

- _Level: Senior_

We're seeking an experienced product owner to help lead this mission. We need someone with an entrepreneurial mindset for distilling business value and goals into roadmaps and refined product backlogs. Most importantly, we need a product manager who can help us build better products people love using.


Responsibilities:

• Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog;
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they're clearly understood by relevant teams;
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy;
• Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals;
• Lead the productrelease plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities;
• Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions;
• Build pricing strategy with the sales team for the products;
• Build a GTM strategy for the product in alignment with sales and marketing;
• Manage the entire cycle from conceptualization to deployment of the product lifecycle;
• Provide support to existing customers on the product needs;
• Build a product roadmap for the products.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Five or more years of experience in product development, product management or business analysis, especially in Finance, Credit Union industries;
• Indepth knowledge of agile methodology for product development;
• Experience in customer experience/CRM implementation;
• Understanding of business value related to features and functions;
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills;
• Sharp analytical and problemsolving skills;
• Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline;
• Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology.

Pay:
$90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
