Accountabilities:
How You Will Make an Impact


  • Provide services and support in specific business systems specialties such as: TOQ, SADI, and SAP Cloud Systems.
  • Monitor the use of existing software in areas of specific expertise.
  • Provide technical support for business systems including Concur, SuccessFactors, Ariba and other cloudbased systems.
  • Monitor system diagnostic tools such as background job monitor, database monitor and system maintenance routines.
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner in compliance with Kinectrics policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as required.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Completion of three year college program in Software Engineering (Technician) or equivalent training and experience.
  • 36 years of related experience or equivalent advanced education.
  • Good written communication skills (technical and nontechnical).
  • Expertise with Microsoft PowerApps, Visual Studio (VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET), HTML/CSS, JavaScript
  • RPA development using Python, PowerAutomate and UiPath
  • Database development in Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL
  • Knowledge of network (TCP/IP, Http, SMTP, DNS etc.)
  • Experience and knowledge deploying environments using Git and Jira tools.
  • Understanding and knowledge of ERP systems like SAP ECC
  • Knowledge of SAP Concur, SuccessFactors and Ariba an asset.
  • Strong problem solving and innovation skills.
  • Experience with Kinectrics systems and internal processes an asset.
  • Ability to work independently on a daytoday basis.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and judgment in resolving problems.
