What you will be doing:
- Scope training plans and support proposal/contract development to ensure client training plans are achieved;
- Coordinate and monitor the provision of corporate, general interests, and, as required, contract education/training services, including hire and work with service suppliers, conduct program evaluations, and follow up to ensure results meet objectives and satisfy clients' needs; and
- Ensure that contractual obligations are met and establish and maintain highquality educational / training courses and customer services.
What you will need to be considered:
- Three-year Advanced Diploma in Business or other related equivalent;
- Seven years of progressive experience in a related field;
- Financial experience in an environment that requires accountability for revenue targets; and
- Supervisory experience in a setting that promotes teamwork, respect for others, and recognition for effective performance.
