Job summary

The Senior Manager plays a leadership role in overseeing all aspects of sourcing, supplier relationships, and supporting contract management at PavCo. This role ensures PavCo secures the best value for goods and services while managing risk and maintaining compliance with public sector requirements.

Qualifications

• An experienced procurement leader with 5+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management.


• University degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance or related discipline.


• Demonstrated success in negotiating large complex supplier contracts.


• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices compliance requirements risks management policies reporting process improvement vendor relations business acumen hands-on approach leading teams
