Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen client relationships by demonstrating accountability, being knowledgeable, and always maintaining a positive attitude
• Oversee and deliver all listing solutions from start to finish including photo, video, drone, 3D services, and floorplans
• Complete social media projects focused on agent branding for our clients including Youtube content, shortform talking head, community highlight videos, etc.
• Edit and enhance media to create visually appealing and engaging content that showcases properties and agent brands effectively
• Ensure a consistent visual style and brand identity throughout all completed projects
• Communicate vision and expectations to clients onsite and remotely
• Maintain responsive and consistent communication with our team and clients
• Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment while staying highly organized
• Maintain calendar accuracy for timetracking purposes and consistency
• Travel to and from scheduled shoots in a timely manner while driving safely
• Communicate any applicable field notes to respective team members
• Operate effectively within a team environment and individually

You have 2-3 years of Creative Experience as a professional or independent creative contractor.


You have Gimbal Experience using a 3-axis gimbal to shoot stabilized video content.


You have Experience with the following Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Premier Pro, etc.) or DaVinci/Final Cut, Google Workspace, and File Management Systems Knowledge.


Bonus Points

Licensing:
You have valid drone pilot certification


Experience:
Real Estate Industry, Marketing/Sales, Client Directing, and/or Business/Operations experience


Camera Systems:
Proficient with Sony mirrorless camera systems and lenses and Apple Software (Macbook, Final Cut Pro)
