    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Architect the data foundation for marketing to improve reporting capabilities collaborating with key partners such as Sales/Business Operations, CDO and Data Science teams. This serves as the strategic roadmap for the analytics function within Marketing Operations, helping to shape the long-term view of Analytics within Marketing.
    • Propose and develop strategic analysis to align with marketing goals & objectives centered around demand to revenue initiatives.
    • Provide strategic consultation to internal customers in defining or designing data frameworks and key reporting outputs.
    • Partner with key marketing stakeholders to deliver insight & analysis on agreed marketing KPIs, being accountable for data quality & control as it impacts the entire marketing function.
    • Develop and provide effective business solutions through research & analysis of data and current business processes while leveraging new ideas & innovations.
    • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to simplify the reporting workstream, gaining efficiencies in processing, allowing the team to become more agile.
    • Manage the validation process for analytics & reporting, ensure accuracy of deliverables and develop action plans to address any issues.
    • Deliver outputs based on approved cadence by ensuring timely, accurate and thorough communication of analysis to key stakeholders.
    • Mentor and train other reporting & business analysts on the Analytics team.

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
      • Creative thinker able to generate new ideas and concepts, able to manage several concurrent projects within a high energy, fast paced and evolving environment.
      • Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning skills.
      • Expertise in analytics, technology, and cross-functional collaboration.
      • Extensive knowledge of marketing & sales technologies including SFDC, Eloqua, Pardot, Full Circle, etc.
      • Expertise in programming languages and tools such as SQL (temporary tables, procedures, etc.), Power Query and DAX including how these tools can be leveraged to solve business problems. Knowledge of Python and R are a nice to have.
      • Data visualization experience with tools such as PowerBI and Tableau, creating dashboards and presenting data through reports.
