    Description

    Position Summary

    The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the school, administration and staff and contribute to a positive and welcoming environment and culture.

    Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • providing reception, clerical and administrative support services
  • entering student attendance, updating student demographics, and registering students
  • contacting parents with regards to student attendance and preparing attendance letters
  • providing communication support for families using SchoolZone
  • administering first aid to injured students and following the accident injury protocol
  • assisting with school events
  • Education/Qualifications

  • completion of a post-secondary program in a relevant course of study
  • a minimum of one-year experience, preferably in a school environment
  • ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines
  • exceptional customer service orientation
  • excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PowerSchool, SchoolZone
  • First Aid
  • Rate of Pay
