Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Billing Clerk to join our Team.


Job Type:
Full time - Hybrid


Responsibilities

• Freight cost accrues for Freight division
• Customer invoice billing matching quotation from sales reps
• Check profit share with overseas agents, make sure credit and debit are correctly posted
• Other task assigned.

Education and Experience

• College diploma in Accounting or Commerce
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• At least 1 year experience of general accounting
• At least 1 year experience in relevant accounting software
• Advance level use of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs

Salary:
$40,000.00-$43,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
