Description
The job would include but is not be limited to;- site specific orientations for all workers and visitors
- site inspections, Tool Box talks, and regular site safety meetings
- All near miss incidents, accidents and injuries are to be documented and reported to the relevant supervisors and WorkSafe BC.
- Prepare reports required for WorkSafe BC and maintain/file documentation from subcontractors.
- OFA2 or OFA3 first aid ticket is required
- NCSO or CSO certification
- Good verbal/written communications skills.
The goal is to support the construction site superintendent and the general contractor's OH & S program, while promoting a culture of job safety.
Salary:
$28.00-$34.00 per hour
