Citxw Nlaka'pamux Assembly is seeking an Employment and Training Coordinator to support the Employment & Training team in providing culturally competent services to members of eight Participating Bands. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Indigenous communities and be passionate about connecting with members to ensure all supports available are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Support client intake, needs assessment, training/certification planning and employment placement/readiness,
  • Coordinating and collaborating with partners and other potential employers to support meeting E&T commitments as well as member access to employment,
