TASKS:


  • Be familiar with all OnServe products and services;
  • Ensure business development, thus increasing the company's revenues through the acquisition of new customers;
  • Seek out potential and new customers and create a customer list within the assigned territory;
  • Identify influential people and decisionmakers within the target customer list and establish relationships of trust;
  • Qualify sales opportunities and define effective sales strategies;
  • Analyze potential customer needs and determine with the technical team the best alternatives/solutions;
  • Develop a pool of new sales opportunities;
  • Obtain referrals, solicit potential customers, schedule appointments and meet with customers to assess their needs and promote the company's products and services;
  • Present service offers and close sales, every day, to achieve your team's objectives;
  • Maintain uptodate development of skills and knowledge to this end. Take necessary sales certifications as well as Technical Certifications.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:


  • 2 to 5 years' sales experience in SMEs (50 to 1000 users);
  • Oral and written (English);
  • Experience in B2B sales;
  • Provide outstanding customer service;
  • Ability to sell creative solutions;
  • Organizational and negotiation skills;
  • Dynamic and resultsoriented
  • Work experience
  • Valid driver's license and car;
  • Neat and professional appearance.
  • 2 to 5 years' experience in enterprise technology thought leadership, with a focus on SaaS and disruptive network technologies. Security experience an asset
  • Consistent track record of exceeding performance; net new logo achievements; and a deep understanding of how to leverage distribution partnerships
  • Maniacal focus on excellence in pipeline generation and opportunity progression; including meticulous planning and preparation
  • Willingness to be coached and the discipline to work a proven sales process from start to finish
  • Evidence of "team selling" and the ability to leverage internal resources, partners and team members to achieve success
  • A "handson" mentality that leads you to meet customers and prospects facetoface whenever possible
