Your role
A career in management at National Bank means participating in the smooth running of your branch and ensuring daily listening and coaching.
As Branch Manager, you are responsible for supporting and assisting the employees under your management in order to implement the Bank's strategic vision, while allowing your team to develop professionally.
- Achieve the expected financial contribution target of the branch, by identifying with your team the expected behaviors and business development activities
- Provide personalized coaching to advisors, the Client Service Manager and the business development support team to develop their skills and support them in their career path
- Hire, develop and manage the performance of your team members
- Mobilize the team to ensure a superior customer experience
- Ensure that your team members comply with and enforce established rules of engagement for customer segmentation, SEO, transaction execution, risk management, regulatory compliance and branch operating procedures
- Act as the Business Unit Compliance Officer (AUMR) to supervise all mutual fund representatives (SCRs)
- Develop a lasting relationship with the branch's customers, through various activities aimed at customer acquisition and retention
- Optimize service quality to small businesses, aligning advisor allocation with the branch's market potential

Basic requirements
- Between five and ten years of experience
- in business development in the financial field
- Diploma of College Studies (DEC) and eight to ten years of experience, depending on the level of the position
- Industryrelated university certificate or PUB and nine years of experience, depending on the level of the position
- Bachelor's degree related to the industry and five to seven years of experience, depending on the level of the position
- Master's degree and five years of experience, depending on the level of the position
- Be a mutual fund representative (REC)
- Be responsible for the compliance of the administrative unit (RCUA) or become one within 36 months of hiring
