    MC Advisory is pleased to be working in partnership with our client McInnes Cooper in seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join their New Brunswick Corporate Team.

    Owning to McInnes Cooper's growth strategy, we are currently seeking a talented Corporate Associate to join our thriving practice group in Saint John, New Brunswick. This opportunity offers exposure to a wide variety of interesting and sophisticated matters and clients. You will hone your talent in consulting and leading various corporate legal processes such as mergers, compliance issues, transactions, and partnerships.

    The ideal candidate is exceptionally client focused and an effective communicator. With a strength in efficiency and time management, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload while also assisting senior counsel and, participation in the commercial law practice group. You hold a membership in good standing with a provincial bar, along with 3 to 5 years' experience in corporate commercial law.
