Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, results-driven
Online Sales Specialist
to conduct video consultations with warm leads and convert them into paying clients. This is not cold calling — prospects are pre-qualified and booked into your calendar.
You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, handling objections, and closing sales during live video calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled video consultations with qualified prospects
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate services
- Deliver persuasive, structured sales presentations
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Close sales and guide clients through payment and onboarding
- Accurately update CRM with call notes and outcomes
- Follow up with undecided prospects when necessary
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable selling over Zoom or other video platforms
- Excellent objection-handling abilities
- Confident, professional, and results-oriented
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Self-motivated and disciplined (remote work environment)
- Ability to build trust quickly with prospects
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience selling coaching, recruiting, marketing, SaaS, or consulting services
- Experience in a closing-only role
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets
Compensation
- Base + Commission (high earning potential)
- Performance-based incentives
- Top performers can earn $5,000+ per month with 30 hours weekly
