    Job title: Superintendent - Mechanical / Electrical / Structural or Piping(Western Projects)

    Key Job Responsibilities


    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a diverse team consisting of Foremen and craft workers across multiple project sites. They will play a key role in managing the planning, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance of construction activities ensuring all work aligns with project drawings and specifications.

    This leadership position demands proactive approach fostering strong collaborative relationships with clients engineers subcontractors suppliers. The ideal candidate will have opportunity to contribute to large-scale complex projects that drive industrial advancement while benefiting from dynamic supportive environment that values safety skill innovation.

  • Develop efficient workflow procedures enhance productivity throughout entire operations cycle help bridge gaps between different groups departments streamlining communication flow resulting better outcomes overall success.
