We are looking to fill a permanent full-time
Sales Coordinator position at our Mississauga offices.


Position Overview:


Reporting to the Corporate Accounts Supervisor, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting Outside Senior Sales Representatives with day-to-day administrative tasks, customer service support as well as supporting others in the sales team.


More specifically, your main tasks will be:

  • Assistant to the Sales Manager
  • Supporting the sales department with the promotion of company products and services.
  • Assisting with preparations for trade shows and conventions and attending them.
  • Making monthly meeting arrangements.
  • Administering and arranging training courses for internal employees.
  • Supporting efforts to coordinate orders and ensuring completion of process.
  • Assisting sales teams with administrative, technical, and clerical tasks.
  • Liaison between sales and purchasing.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:


  • 2+ years' experience in a Sales Coordinator, Order Entry, or corporate Customer Service role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments.
  • Good interpersonal communication and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and also independently when needed.
  • Demonstrate strong time management.
  • Hands on approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work well with all internal personnel, outside clients and vendors.
