Landscape Maintenance Worker to join our TEAM at the
Woodstock, ON site

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 7am to 3:30pm;
  • Optional overtime.

Qualifications

  • Perform raking, snow shoveling, weed pulling, and lawn maintenance duties per season around the property;
  • Provide cleaning support inside the facility: clean floors and operating scrubbers and/or sweepers, clearing floor drains, sanitize bumper/rails, utilize scrapers;
  • Abide by all safety protocols, building standards, and company codes;
  • Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs, prolonged standing and walking;
  • Support janitorial cleaning duties as required;
  • Operate lift truck (training provided) for scrap removal;
  • Process scrap: open boxes to sort waste disposal and hazardous materials (metal, oil, glass);
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Mechanically inclined person with cleaning knowledge;
  • Previous experience working in an industrial environment or outdoor labour is considered an asset;
  • Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs;
  • A valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver's License is required;
  • Ability to commute to Woodstock, ON for work.

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
