Department Overview:
The Services Portfolio Management team is responsible for the strategy, creation, and maintenance of Motorola's Managed and Support services offerings across our global Land Mobile Radio, Consoles, and Private Broadband portfolio


This includes:

gathering and prioritizing service and customer requirements; defining the service offer vision and strategy, collaborating with Product and other key work partners to deliver winning service offerings and solutions, and managing the service offer throughout its lifecycle.

**- Job Description


We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our Services Offer Manager (OM) team as an Associate Offer Manager.

The Associate Offer Manager is responsible for helping the Services Offer manager bring new service offerings to market that solve customer problems and create new sources of revenue for our company through service design, development, launch, and maintenance.

This includes managing the service offering throughout its lifecycle (inception to end of support) and involves gathering and prioritizing service requirements, defining the service vision, and collaborating with key work partners to deliver winning service products and solutions.

Major Duties & Responsibilities of an Associate Services Offer Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Familiarize yourself with company's product lines and service offerings and their impact on our customers and market as a whole
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization as it relates to your assigned portfolio of service offerings
  • Maintain an existing services offer portfolio, including periodic troubleshooting and corrective actions for operational issues
  • Process incremental price increases
  • Deliver ongoing service offer training (Portfolio Awareness)
  • Address key work partner questions related to the offer, including scope and ordering topics
  • Lifecycle management work with Offer Managers to manage lifecycle communications and updates to services and all material
  • Maintain service mapping and finance models
  • Monitor and report services adoption and other key metrics

Basic Requirements:


  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or IT related field
  • 1+ years experience in product management or related role
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
