The Manager Organizational Development manages and oversees the design and delivery of Organizational Development programs. The manager leads a team of talented Organizational Development practitioners to build organizational capacity and improve individual team and organizational effectiveness in support of Hamilton Health Sciences mission vision.Qualifications
- University Degree in Business Public Administration Organizational Development Psychology Human Resources Management or related field
- 10 or more years experience in Organizational Development Human Resources or related field Leadership managerial experience including leading team senior consultant roles will be considered asset Experience design delivery Organizational Development systems processes complex union non-union environment experience healthcare will be considered asset Highly skilled coaching facilitating presenting skills essential Highly developed understanding methodologies approaches leadership development organizational change individual team performance learning development employee engagement organization design coaching diversity conflict management Knowledge OD practices frameworks LEADS certification experience facilitating LEADS-based learning is considered asset Project Management knowledge skills Excellent interpersonal communications skills negotiating scenarios conflict resolution consensus building Highly creative develop implement organizational programs Ability analyze processes enact change think operationally strategically achieve goals Superior logical writing verbal communication skills synthesize convey complex ideas story-lined presentations all levels organization including executive level Demonstrated ability work effectively team-based collaborative environment ability work effectively internal external stakeholders Ability coordinate multiple responsibilities simultaneously fast flexible cooperative work style reprioritize warranted Strong working knowledge change management complex initiative management processes High degree adaptability adept dealing ambiguity unstructured environment Ability lead change navigate socio-political environment deliver services person virtually Hamilton Health Sciences sites Proficiency Official Languages would be asset This job posting existing vacancy Hamilton Health Sciences equal opportunity employer
