    Designs, develops, evaluates, and sustains tools and procedures to enable collaboration in product testing. Collaborates closely with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance and automate tools and procedures. Innovates solutions to enhance work environments, increase time efficiency, and boost team effectiveness.

    Responsibilities:
    • Drives automation of processes and data collection
    • Designs frameworks for software tools and processes
    • Develops, troubleshoots, and delivers software tools with business significance
    • Exercises discretion in selecting methods and approaches to enhance process efficiency
    • Leads enduring process enhancement projects
    • Offers and executes recommendations to immediate team to boost performance and productivity
    • Nurtures productive partnerships internally and externally
    • Assesses existing tools and processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement
    • Manages and enhances both current and new tools and procedures
    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Computer Science/Physics) or Physics Major
    • 1+ year of relevant experience
    • Proficiency with some exposure in Python scripting, Labview, C++
    • Fundamental understanding of Data analytics tools and development – Power BI/Looker
    • Basic ability to conduct Technical analysis with problem-solving skills relevant to the manufacture or operation of electronic systems
    • Software development - training certifications
    • 2 years of experience in software coding
    • Travel Requirements: 20%
