We are a post hole company offering digging and setting services to clients who don't have the time, strength or equipment to dig themselves.

We also specialize in building fences and decks.


Our operators use mini-skid steers to dig holes - occasionally, you will be required to manually dig and shave holes using clam shovels and pry-bars.


  • You will be required to own steel toed safety boots (preferrably ankle height to support ankles and avoid gravel and water getting into your boots)
  • Arrive at our homeoffice daily and on time. Typical work day starts at 7:30 am. We are located near Bayview & Weldrick in Richmond Hill. You will leave your vehicle at the home and drive in our company truck with the rest of the team for the day.
  • Tasks on a job site can include: Mixing concrete, pushing wheelbarrows, string lining, levelling posts, raking dirt away from holes, marking post locations, general tidying up around the job site (water bottles, garbage bags, etc.), washing down equipment and driveways before packing up to leave, moving lumber from driveways to backyards.
We will provide paid training, coffee and cold drinks throughout the day. It is recommended that you bring your own lunch.

IN-PERSON INTERVIEWS REQUIRED AND BEING HELD DAILY AT 8:00 PM UNTIL WE FIND THE RIGHT PEOPLE.

Contract length: 8 months


Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
