- Updating documentation to reflect government policies and procedures.
- Creating and documenting auditing schedule
- Managing process improvement by monitoring designated production lines to ensure that the machinery is running effectively and in compliance of the company policies and procedures
- Managing safety, environmental and training documentation and ensuring compliance is followed at all times.
- Inventory and yield analytics to support improvement projects and financial accuracy
- Cross functional work with other departments in manufacturing such as quality Assurance and Maintenance
- Analyzing data to support key metrics for: Safety, Quality, Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, Operational Excellence
- Monday to Friday, flexibility with schedule of 40 hours a week
- The facility runs 24-6 and some flexibility will be required occasionally to support project work on off shifts.
- The selected student will need to be flexible between working from home and being on site; safety measures are applied daily in our facilities
- Bachelor Program in Engineering preferred
- Demonstrated leadership with great attitude, passion for growing and continuous learning

About This Opportunity
We are looking for students or new graduates that are self-starters and willing to take initiative to revamp our documentation process. This Plant Administator, 8 Month Contract position will be reporting to the Manufacturing Development Manager. There will be opportunities for this position to be converted full time to an Operations Coordinator or Production Supervisor.
We currently have opportunities in our North York facility.
