They are now in the market for a mid to senior level Banking &Financial Services Associate to join their team of experts in their Calgary office.

Qualifications and Attributes:

3-8 years of post call private practice experience working in banking and financial services with a reputable law firm;

Experience in any of the following areas: general commercial lending, secured and unsecured financings, financial restructurings, acquisition financings, cross-border transactions and asset-based lending.

Strong analytical and drafting skills;
Strong academic credentials
Excellent interpersonal and client service skills and the ability to work well on a variety of teams
Qualified to practice law in Canada
