Job Description:


Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for delivering the Energy Conservation Assistance Program, focusing customer service, quality and efficiency.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate an energy efficiency program across the province of British Columbia
  • Own the schedule and acts as the liaison between customers and field staff
  • Work according to an established program plan; supports day to day program deliverables
  • Work to ensure mínimal organizational exposure and risk on project(s)
  • Resolve and/or escalates issues in an effective and timely fashion
  • Coordinate installations with different subcontractors
  • Determine customer eligibility to participate in the program
  • Make outbound calls based on customer lists; providing customers with program information and scheduling appointments
  • Answers incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Supports day to day program deliverables
  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of all necessary reports and records regarding program deliverables
  • Provide support in carrying out Ecofitt's quality assurance program; tracking and documenting all quality assurance/ quality control activities to support continuous program improvement
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • All other duties as required

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to cope with stress and maintain composure in difficult situations
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
Hybrid role - once trained, may be able to work from home 2-3 days per week
