We are currently seeking a logistics supervisor with experience in a fast-paced environment and strong customer service skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks including training staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing local routes.
Responsibilities:
- Training and supervising workers
- Enforcing regulations
- Dispatching and routing
- Supervising drivers
- Managing schedules and payroll
- Customer service
- Coordinating with warehouse supervisors
- Other assigned duties
Ability to multitask and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for this role.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday with occasional on-call work.
Prior experience in driving and routing is preferred.
