As I2M Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the planning and execution of New Product Development projects for LED Lighting.

What you'll do

Lead the project startup phase, screen and assess the quality of Project Briefs.
Ensure I2M offer development projects meet agreed targets as outlined in business case.
Manage stakeholders (business leaders, functional leaders, project office manager) towards successful delivery of projects
Represent the project team in the business and provides regular project performance status updates, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions
Leads multidisciplinary I2M project teams, involving: Procurement, Advanced Manufacturing, R&D, Quality and Marketing
Contributes to the community of practice of I2M Project Managers

Your qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field; Master's degree and PMP certification preferred
25+ years of Project/Program Management experience with a proven track record in leading New Product Development for Market launches
Problem solving skills; able to see broader business scope
Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to interact with all levels within the organization
Fluent in English

To be eligible for this position, you must legally be permitted to work in Canada and travel within North America, without any additional sponsorship support from Signify.
