Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable After Hours Cleaning Technicians to join our team As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, and ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our clients and their visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures
- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling materials
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and waiting rooms
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Restock supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap dispensers
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and within designated timeframes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in professional cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Your positivity and work ethic are more important
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work during nonstandard hours, including evenings and weekends, if required
Salary and Benefits:
- Wages will depend on experience, but starting salary will range from $16$18 per hour
- Wages paid biweekly via direct deposit
