Your Responsibility

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and the executive team to shape, oversee, and execute projects. Devise marketing strategies to fuel exponential growth.

Liaison Extraordinaire: Act as a vital connection point between staff, executives, senior leaders, and the CGO. Ensure a smooth flow of information on company culture, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.

Advisor and Facilitator: Assist the CGO in making informed decisions, managing programs, and implementing initiatives that drive success.

Optimization Proponent: Work on refining current processes and coordinating organizational procedures to boost efficiency and productivity.

Third-Party Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with third-party partners, vendors, and stakeholders. Collaborate with the CGO to identify strategic partnerships and manage existing relationships to support the organization's goals.

Business Development: Play a key role in business development efforts, including identifying growth opportunities, conducting market research, and assisting in the formulation of business expansion strategies.

Issue Resolution Expert: Handle inquiries directed to the CGO, determine the best course of action, and assign tasks to the appropriate parties for swift resolution. Monitor progress until issues are resolved.

Cultivate Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with all team members to enhance operational efficiency and responsiveness. Collaborate with the CGO on special projects and contribute to the formulation of innovative operational strategies.


Qualifications for Success:


  • 3+ years' experience in support capacity; marketing or sales exposure preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
  • Strong communications skills, both written and oral, with ability to express key concepts, share ideas and information effectively
  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across department
  • Strong organizational skills; detailoriented, ability to multitask
  • Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving capability
  • Ability to identify and develop resources to maximize efficiency and flexibility
  • Working knowledge of print production processes
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
