    About the Job

    We are seeking a Labour Relations Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of our organization by promoting harmonious labour relations and resolving workplace issues.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labour relations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with employees, union representatives, and project teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide labour relations consultation, advice, and support to employees and union representatives
    • Develop and implement strategies to promote early dispute resolution and prevent conflicts
    • Read, understand, and provide counsel on collective agreements and labour laws
    • Work with operations and union management to resolve labour relations issues and conflict

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in labour relations
    • Strong understanding of labour laws, regulations, and collective agreements
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
