Senior Business Analyst- 12 month contract
Must have Education and Early Childhood Development domain and UX design experience
Remote with Occasional travel to Fredericton, NB
A minimum of 10 years of clearly demonstrated and verifiable experience as a senior business systems analyst or a minimum of 10 years of clearly demonstrated and verifiable combined experience as a senior business analyst and senior systems analyst.
A minimum of 10 years of clearly demonstrated and verifiable experience in engaging with subject matter experts to articulate business priorities and desired outcomes and identify and describe core business capabilities.
2 years of demonstrated experience in the Education and Early Childhood Development domain, with any jurisdiction in North America.
5 years of demonstrated experience with UX design for desktop and mobile devices (i.e. responsive design).
Demonstrated experience eliciting and documenting business requirements both functional and non-functional and analyzing functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
8 years of demonstrated experience working with reusable components and integrated systems, ranging from medium to large complexity.
10 years of demonstrated experience working within a team environment where the resource was called on to perform tasks in a mixture of collaborative and autonomous modes
8 years of demonstrated experience in coordinating, facilitating, and conducting working sessions.
8 years of demonstrated experience documenting and diagramming business processes and workflows.
5 years of demonstrated knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies especially the creation of Epics, Features and Stories.
8 years of demonstrated experience translating business requirements into system design elements for a web custom development solution (i.e. prototypes/screen mock ups).
current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association, such as IIBA.
