    Title: Application Production Support (hybrid)

    Position Overview:

    • The Application Production Support (Client) team maintains and supports applications within the North America Business Lines.
    • Teams operate in the USA, Canada, and India, providing comprehensive coverage for supported business lines.
    • Client operates 24/7, ready to address any application-related issues.
    • Objective: Maintain platform integrity, stability, and continuity to ensure application availability at the start of business hours.
    • Commitment to implementing standard IT policies aligned with GROUP and NAR standards.
    • Actively participates in Client transformation to adapt to evolving business needs.
    • Goal: Bring tangible value to the business.

    Detailed Responsibilities:

    • Investigate production issues and collaborate for timely resolution.
    • Support product deployment lifecycle for new releases, standards, and patches.
    • Maintain up-to-date support documentation according to the Bank s standards.
    • Provide support for projects and deliver timely status updates and risk reports.
    • Develop documentation for business continuity planning and disaster recovery.
    • Coordinate post-migration validation and end-to-end testing.
    • Participate in governance, audit initiatives, and situation reviews for major incidents.
    • Contribute to global projects, collaborating with teams across multiple locations.

    Key Strengths and Skills:

    • Minimum 5 years' support experience.
    • Proficiency in UNIX, Linux, and Shell Scripts.
    • Hands-on experience with Oracle (SQL and PL/SQL) and Windows servers.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
    • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
    • Team player with the ability to work independently.
    • Comfortable working under pressure in a 24x7 environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience working in geographically diverse teams.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with infrastructure/security technologies.
    • Knowledge of the ITIL Framework.
    • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
