Role and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse at Angelic Home Healthcare Solutions, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' health status and developing individualized care plans.
Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
Monitoring and evaluating clients' health conditions, identifying any changes or concerns, and taking appropriate actions.
Providing skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and IV therapy.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, therapists, and caregivers, to coordinate and optimize client care.
Educating clients and their families on managing health conditions, promoting wellness, and preventing complications.
Advocating for clients' rights, preferences, and needs to ensure the provision of person-centered care.

Requirements To be considered for the position of Registered Nurse, we require the following qualifications:

Valid and active registration as a Registered Nurse in Canada.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare, community care, or a related field.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge in areas such as wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease management.
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work independently, demonstrating autonomy and initiative.
Current CPR and first aid certifications.
