Job Description:
Role Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and organize the DC outbound department:
Maximize operational excellence, quality, efficiency, productivity:
Lead a department for an efficient retail store allocation &
replenishment and online picking, pick location storage & replenishment
packing, potential future outbound VAS & shipping:
Lead the departments to ensure smooth process flows (e.g., coordinate with wave planner on upcoming system updates regarding timing, sequence, etc. )
Max. overall profitability through plan., budget & cost follow up

Manage and ensure logistic capacity needs in collaboration with DC Mgr. (DC Mgr. to align with Regional Sales & Ops, when needed)
- Responsible to ensure inventory counts are conducted in daily DC outbound department operations to ensure optimal performance, and closely align with Controlling and Import/ Export, where relevant
Recruit, develop and retain workforce according to capability needs and forecasted capacity requirements

Lead and manage ABC slotting & optimization of pick locations:
Lead identifying risks and resolve issues
Competencies:
- **Strong operational DC outbound expertise across Online + Stores **to effectively manage day-to-day execution

Understanding of end-to-end DC processes and garment flow:
Good understanding of warehouse management system:
Knowledgeable in regional and global operational logistics standards, as well as
sustainability targets:
- Strong
communication & coordination skills
Holistic view to look at the bigger perspective with a

- Ability to

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related fields or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience in distribution, logistics and/or manufacturing field.
- 23 years experience in leading a large team
