Pita Basket, a popular and fast-paced Lebanese restaurant, is currently seeking a friendly, energetic, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Kitchen Helper.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to all customers, ensuring their dining experience is pleasant and memorable.
• Take customer orders accurately, providing menu information and making recommendations as necessary.
• Assist with the preparation of Lebanese dishes including shawarmas, donair, wraps, platters, and more.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and kitchen.
• Assist kitchen staff in food preparation tasks and cleaning duties as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience in a customer service role or as a kitchen helper is a plus.
• Passionate about food with a particular interest in Lebanese cuisine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards.

Compensation:
