Reporting to the Pre-Owned Operations Manager, Geoff Boggs, you will be a key partner of the dealership team, collaborate in building and assisting the dealership's pre-owned vehicle department.

Your Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and acquire vehicles at highvolume (target of vehicles per month) from auctions, fleet providers and through dealerships
Analyze inventory profitability, sales volume, and new sources of vehicle supply.
Provide the leadership team with accurate reporting on trends, purchase and gross profits
Locate and analyze vehicle purchase opportunities for the company through dealership appraisals, offsite auctions, or other venues.
Appraise a minimum of 50 vehicles/day and execute on purchase decisions based on the analysis
Ability to independently assess vehicle damage and subsequent costs involved with the damage and make financially sound purchasing decisions.
Monitor market trends in Canada and use this information to make purchase decisions
Make detailed financial decisions within strict timeframes
Demonstrate a high level of personal integrity and the ability to consistently deliver through achievementoriented goal setting and focused execution.
Maintain objectives in purchasing and gross profit margins as directed by the Pre-Owned Operations Manager
Duties as required.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

Position requires a valid driver's license.
Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and financial acumen.
Team player who is selfmotivated and work independently as required.
Processoriented with superior attention to detail and accuracy.
Possession of, or in process of obtaining, OMVIC license.

years of sales or used vehicle wholesale experience an asset.
