Job summary
This position will provide safe supervision and leadership for children ages 4-17 with well-planned games.Key responsibilities include ensuring safety supervision of participants following rules regulations set out by Department or outside organizations developing implementing supervising evaluating daily activities within assigned camp acting point contact parents communicating regularly problem solving customer service handling equipment supplies facilities reporting damage losses completing administrative forms participating daily activities with campers evaluating overall success program submitting reports providing timely feedback attending staff training sessions scheduled meetings making decisions around child safety supervision activity planning behaviour management programs volunteers LITs Jr Camp Leaders performing tasks responsibilities lens Equity Diversity Inclusion ensuring commitment fairness representation accessibility respect diverse perspectives cultures work aspects.
