WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT:

Maintaining systems as required; patching, upgrading, monitoring and troubleshooting are regular activities during business hours, and sometimes outside of business hours to minimize service disruption.
Supporting acquisition content integration activities, including content migration to Cloud Contract Center and other standard OT tools.
Software development lifecycle: working with end users to understand the business need; translating business problems to functional and technical requirements. Requirements analysis and design documentation, build and test, Quality Assurance testing. Documenting the solution.

WHAT IT TAKES TO EXCEL:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, finance or a related area of study or significant experience in a similar role.
Selfmotivated, curious and interested in learning new technologies
Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, report writing, and other related technologies
Knowledge of business analysis, project management, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies or the ability to learn quickly
Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and change, incident and problem management
Interest in system administration, infrastructure design, capacity planning and performance tuning
Experience with or willingness to learn process automation
A selfstarter attitude, a strong desire to learn as you go, and the belief that you can make a meaningful contribution to your immediate team, the business users that you serve, and to the organization as a whole.
