    Contributes to the overall success of the Global HR Services Operations team by providing project support through coordinating forums, managing agendas and meeting minutes, tracking and reporting metrics, fulfilling requests for information and reviewing, revising and/or creating standard operating procedures. The role will also be responsible for responding to internal and external inquiries (via email, on demand and telephone) regarding project communications and initiatives.

    Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Conducts reviews and provides manager with regular updates on project deliverables and compliance activities.
  • Contributes to creation and maintenance of scripts.
  • Supports documentation & training of team members as part of ongoing Knowledge Management within the team.
  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Provides effective and efficient responses to inquiries from internal and external parties, including: employees, former employees, dependents, retirees, etc. regarding HR project communications and initaitives.
  • Assesses and interprets the level of complexity of inquiries, answering directly or escalating to appropriate parties for resolution.
  • Ensures proper usage of knowledge management and case management systems to effectively respond to, document and monitor inquiries.
  • Seeks opportunities to improve departmental processes and customer service by identifying service deficiencies, and recommending solutions to Senior Manager, Projects & Compliance - Global HR Services Operations.
  • Understands how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
  • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations within his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduc.
