- Job Type Full Time, Seasonal
- Schedule 10+ hours per day, 6 & 1, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week

- CSA approved steel‑toed boots with 6'" ankle support
- Drug and alcohol testing (swab‑based test)
- Successful completion of Company Orientation and site‑specific orientation
- Work with ground personnel in the excavation and installation process of laying pipe on line and grade.
- Ensure trench is excavated to the proper depth/grade.
- Be aware of proper rigging of pipe, manhole barrels, etc. and ensure safe work procedures are followed during the lowering of materials into the excavation.
- Operate excavator in close proximity to ground personnel and other equipment.
- Promote, execute and adhere to the company's safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.
- This is a general responsibilities list and does not include all responsibilities required of the position.
- Must have a minimum of four (4) years' experience as a Mainline Hoe operator.
- Must have experience in water/sewer installations, subdivision servicing, roadway construction and urban renewal projects
