Client Care Specialist

What will you be doing?

• Taking inbound customer calls and resolving inquires.
• Liaising with other departments to coordinate services.
• Responsible for scheduling and coordinating all service calls as required, ensuring work is accurately entered in the system.
• Dispatching technicians in a timely manner, ensuring they have all the necessary tools for the scheduled job.
• Preparing work orders based on Technician's schedule and updating any changes outside the original work order.
• Maintaining office customer files through PEST PAC Software.
• Reviewing technician service tickets for followup visit requirement and ticket closure.
• Liaising with accounting to process billings for service calls.
• Providing expert and excellent customer service.

Additional Qualifications

• Works well with others but also has the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail while performing detailed tasks.
• Experience with scheduling and dispatching would be an asset.
• Ability to deal effectively with stressful situations.
• The ability to multitask and maintain an organized working style
• Good understanding of the GTA is a MUST
• Must be comfortable in fast paced high pressure environment.
• Innovative mindset and gogetter attitude

$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
