Manager, Analytics & HR Systems

Analytics Leadership:


  • Lead the development and implementation of analytics strategies to support HR and organizational objectives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide insights into key HR metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
  • Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement in HR processes and practices.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.

HR Systems Management:


  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of HR systems
  • Partner with IT and external vendors to ensure the integrity, security, and functionality of HR systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide enduser support, training, and documentation for HR systems and processes

Data Governance and Compliance:


  • Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of HR data.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, privacy laws, and industry standards related to HR data management and analytics.

Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Engagement:


  • Partner with P&C leadership and business stakeholders to understand their analytics and reporting needs and translate requirements into actionable insights and solutions.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop workforce analytics strategies that support talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive informed decisionmaking and business outcome.

People Leadership:


  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of analytics and HR systems professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Set clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics for team members, and support their professional development and career growth.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel empowered to contribute ideas, solve problems, and achieve their full potential.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and recognize and reward team members for their contributions and achievements.

Core Competencies

  • Familiar with data analysis tools and languages such as Apex, or similar. Handson experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Sage People, Workday, SAP, HCM) and other HR systems, Power BI
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and critical thinking skills with advanced Excel training
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and HR compliance requirements is desirable.
