What Is the Opportunity?

  • Execute tactics that support the organic social media strategy across all platforms, including, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Partner with the businesses and functions to discuss and recommend social media strategy.
  • Partner with the US Social Media Team to design, develop and drive social media content that positively positions the company in the marketplace and in the communities we serve.
  • Partner with the businesses and functions to engage and grow their social media audiences.
  • Gather metrics and data from posts to support reports that will be presented to business partners on an asneeded basis.
  • Design and develop social media creative that supports the business strategy.
  • Set up and manage digital marketing campaigns using inhouse and vendorsupplied campaign management tools
  • Serve as marketing liaison and consultant to assigned business partners on less complex digital programs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with other marketing disciplines (advertising, research, communications, creative services etc.) on programs/ initiatives
  • Develop and deliver digital marketing training to build capabilities across businesses and the enterprise
  • Set up and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • University degree in Marketing or other related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • 57 years of experience preferred
  • Digital Marketer/Account Manager experience for a strong brand or agency preferred
  • Insurance and/or Financial Services experience preferred
  • General knowledge of digital media concepts preferred
  • General knowledge of datadriven content marketing preferred
  • General knowledge on how to research and target wants/needs of various audiences preferred
  • Intermediate analytical skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate time and project management skills
  • Maintains intermediate skills and understanding of digital advertising landscape
  • Intermediate ability to evaluate effectiveness of programs
  • Demonstrated flexibility and intermediate ability to think outside the box
  • Basic Leadership Skills
What is a Must Have?

  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience required
