Job Requirements
- Dispatch to highway haulers and delivery drivers
- Prepare documents such as bill of ladings, shipping/delivery orders and invoices
- Minnimum 6 months of experince
- Good communication skills
- Act as a liaison between customers, drivers and operations communicating instructions, permits and all other applicable information
- Manage hours of services for drivers
- Book permits as required
- Assist in preparing bids/flat rates for specific jobs
- Search for loads to match any empty equipment (back hauls)
- Manage and invoice rental equipment
- Help with the onboarding process to orientate new hires

- Calgary, AB T1Y 5Z6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
