Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our organization.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of a team to ensure efficient operations and achieve team goals.

This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide team members to ensure they are performing their duties effectively
• Set clear goals and expectations for the team and provide necessary support and resources
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement
• Coordinate work schedules and assignments to ensure optimal productivity
• Resolve conflicts or issues within the team in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
• Train new team members on job responsibilities, company policies, and procedures
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training or development opportunities as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar leadership role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
• Problemsolving skills with the ability to make quick decisions
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay:
$20.00-$24.05 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
