Massilly has been manufacturing metal packaging (lids) for the food industry for over 25 years. Our Production team is looking for Press Operators to work in our Stamping department.


You will be responsible for the continuous operation of your production line, maintaining the equipment, and the quality of the product you produce.

Our facility runs three shifts - must be able to work all three

  • Days ( 7:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m)
  • Afternoons ( 3:00 p.m. 11:00 p.m)
  • Nights ( 11:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m)

We will teach you to:


  • Safely operate, adjust, and monitor line equipment
  • Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers and verniers
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify defects
  • Record production information

We are looking for:


  • Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for the entire shift
  • Experience in manufacturing is a plus
  • Experience with hand tools and measuring devices is an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail
